M'Gann is a White Martian, which means that in her canon she is capable of a number of abilities. Most notable (and relevant to you) of these abilities are:

TELEPATHY:
The psychic ability of reading minds, communicating mentally, or projecting thoughts unto others is a common practice for Martians, so much so that M’gann initially struggled with the concept of personal boundaries upon first arriving on Earth. Usually, M’gann uses this ability to create a psychic link between her teammates, allowing them to communicate with one another mentally. This is especially helpful for missions that require the team to be separated, or when other modes of communication (such as radios) are compromised. She can also use this ability to link up with her Bio-Ship (a technological-organic hybrid that seems to function entirely on mental command). M’gann is also able to translate languages psychically, probe the minds of organic creatures, alter memories, and implant suggestions into their minds via MIND CONTROL.

SHAPE-SHIFTING:
Like other Martians, M’gann is able to alter her shape to her liking. This ability takes experience and practice, rather than the natural instinct that came with telepathy. Usually, M’gann uses this ability to take on two distinct female humanoid forms. As Megan Morse, her Earth alias, she resembles a fair-skinned, redheaded young woman of average height and weight with freckles along her nose and cheeks. As Miss Martian, she looks nearly similar, except instead her skin is a more natural (to Martians, anyway) hue of green.

As you can see, these particular abilities can be quite invasive. The last thing I want to do is make anyone (player or character) uncomfortable, so I would greatly appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to fill out a simple form for my reference! :)

Please keep in mind that at this canonpoint, M'gann is careful not to be too invasive, so there is no guarantee that she would actually do any of these to your character. At the same time, she is still learning, and has the occasional slip up. She has also been known to occasionally abuse her powers if she believes it would be for good intentions, oops. :x
